Purchase Terms
These terms regulate the purchase of subscriptions to ESL SaaS services.
1. Subscription models
We offer different plans based on the number of managed labels and stores. Billing is monthly in advance.
2. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Support and SLA
Depending on your plan, we guarantee different levels of technical support and service availability (SLA). The Scale plan includes 24/7 priority support.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice.
